Lifestyle

In our society there is a tendency for people to believe that health is packaged in the form of pills, or medical procedures. In other words, we often don't think too much about our health until we are not healthy, then we look for a 'quick fix' cure.

If a greater emphasis was placed on preventive health practices through a balanced lifestyle, there is no doubt that there would be an improvement in life quality and quantity.

In today’s modern society the major health problems are what are known as lifestyle diseases. These include heart disease, cancer and diabetes. The way we live has a direct effect on our health and wellbeing.

The keys to achieving total health and wellbeing are balance, when you are able to achieve balance and moderation you will find that the quality of your life improves.

This is about making healthful choices for yourself, keeping vices in moderation, sleeping enough, taking stress breaks and holidays when you need them and listening to your body to name a few.

You need the right lifestyle tools to handle whatever life throws at you. And taking time to develop and nurture your self is essential for your wellbeing. We recognise that there are many different ways to achieve a balanced lifestyle and we recommend that you read some articles that represent some different approaches.

Wellbeing

We lead increasingly busy lives at 100 miles an hour, juggling the stress of grown-up jobs, family responsibilities and partying like we are still 18 years old. But instead of waking up feeling tired and relying on caffeine to get you up, by following the Lifestyle Guide from Paul Lubicz, within hours you can start to feel vital and full of energy again. Become more in touch with your spiritual and emotional self and still fit into a size 10.

The Lifestyle Guide will give you a golden key to unlock a new way of being, not unlike a compass we all know on some level what works for us individually. This site is going to give you the grid references to help you find the direction that is perfect for you and only you.

“When I first met Paul I felt emotionally bankrupt, disillusioned with my life because I was going through a messy divorce. I lost sight of looking after myself and as a result, grew to my heaviest weight ever. By spending time with Paul and using the information he supplied, he allowed me to reconnect with myself, see my own self worth and the value that wellbeing brings into your life, allowing me to get back into shape, get through my divorce and move on to a happier, healthier way of life.”

The Lifestyle Guide will take you through a step by step consultation, looking at every aspect of your health, fitness, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, allowing you to find what really works for you. An amazing and practical approach that has the ability to tailor a new way of life for you.

The most important questions to allow you to become your own wellbeing manager are contained in this site, which is a virtual consultation with the Wellbeing Manager himself, Paul Lubicz.
