Detox is increasingly highlighted in the news and lifestyle magazines, this is due to the fact that our modern lifestyle increasingly relies on convenience and processed foods as a part of our diets. The liver is our own in-built detox system and is responsible for, amongst many things, detoxing the chemicals we digest or come into contact with.

The symptoms of a poor liver function are not as obvious as other complaints, but a healthy liver is essential to good wellbeing, and by having the occasional detox you can feel energised and cleansed.
