Healthy Back and NeckAt some time in your life you are more than likely to suffer from back pain, it can affect you at any age but back pain is more common between 35 - 55 years old. The back is a complex structure, and yet most of us do not focus on exercise that can strengthen and protect the back. Inactivity and the wrong sort of movement are usually the cause of back pain; If you are inactive the back muscles go slackand then are unable to support the back properly. Your back becomes more vulnerable to damage if you make certain movements that pull too much on a particular area of your back.
