The Causes of Irritable Life Syndrome
By Paul Lubicz "The Wellbeing Manager"
Here are examples of some of the causes - do any of these apply to you?
- You don't have anyone you can really talk to.
- You sit down in an office all day and it's rare that you get to go be outside and spend time in natural light.
- You try to eat a healthy balanced diet - but you're always on the go which means you often eat rubbish!
- You are unable to be consistent with an exercise program and have never really found the one that's right for you.
- You're fed up with your job (or even hate it for a number of reasons) but you do it just because it's convenient.
- You're under an overwhelming amount of pressure and stress in your work and personal life.
- You just don't get enough of the right type of sleep.
- You aren't able to spend time relaxing easily.
- You rely on stimulants to get you through the day.
- You don't really have a great deal of fun in your day. PS. When did you last belly laugh?
