Irritable Life Syndrome

The Causes of Irritable Life Syndrome

By Paul Lubicz "The Wellbeing Manager"

Here are examples of some of the causes - do any of these apply to you?

  1. You don't have anyone you can really talk to.
  2. You sit down in an office all day and it's rare that you get to go be outside and spend time in natural light.
  3. You try to eat a healthy balanced diet - but you're always on the go which means you often eat rubbish!
  4. You are unable to be consistent with an exercise program and have never really found the one that's right for you.
  5. You're fed up with your job (or even hate it for a number of reasons) but you do it just because it's convenient.
  6. You're under an overwhelming amount of pressure and stress in your work and personal life.
  7. You just don't get enough of the right type of sleep.
  8. You aren't able to spend time relaxing easily.
  9. You rely on stimulants to get you through the day.
  10. You don't really have a great deal of fun in your day. PS. When did you last belly laugh?
