Irritable Life Syndrome - The Right Type of Exercise for YouBy Paul Lubicz "The Wellbeing Manager" Your Health Questionnaire1. Do you get tired or run down easily? 2. Do you get any regular exercise? 3. Do you have deep muscular aches and pains? 4. Do you enjoy your workouts? ExerciseBlah, blah, blah, Yes, Yes we've heard it all before. And most of us even made the resolution to get on that treadmill in the New Year. But wait! Take those trainers off for a second. Because the kind of exercise you choose to do may not be compatible with your life-energy type - which could outweigh the benefits to your system. It's important to work out HOW you should work out. Once you choose the activities that are just right for you, you will be in much better balance (and you might enjoy it more too!) Find the exercise to suit you best (instead of what magazines tell you!)A lot of people are so hard on themselves when it comes to exercise - it's like they are committing penance. I want you to allow yourself to realize that this way of approaching exercise will just wind you up more (and that's one thing we need less - more stress!) They also like exercises where they can have fun (they tend to get bored easily) this means that anything new and interesting gets their attention.
